When the applicant entities (Companies) request for the first time, a visa for its foreign workers, they must enclose a legal proof of its juridical personality, such as a copy of the social pact, of the charter of an authorised economic activity and a proof of payment of duties to the exchequer.

The document pertaining to the Point No, 1 and 2 of the present notice must be attested by the Notary and Ministry of External Affairs of the country of the applicant as well as the Certificates or Diplomas of Professional Qualifications must be translated into English; that later will be accepted and a consular fees will be collected by the Embassy of Angola, Embassy of the Republic of Angola at New Delhi.
